Continuing to expand the global academic footprint of science education research at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), Doctoral Candidate Muhamad Taufiq successfully participated in the East-Asian Association for Science Education (EASE) Winter School.
The prestigious academic program took place in Thailand from January 14–20, 2024, hosted jointly by the Science Education Association (Thailand), Srinakharinwirot University, Kasetsart University, and Khon Kaen University.
Recognized Academic Performance & Global Dissertation Defense
During the intensive week-long academic program, Muhamad Taufiq received a Certificate of Attendance for his outstanding performance and research presentation among Ph.D. candidates and leading science education experts representing seven participating countries.
Key activities included:
- Dissertation Presentation & Mentorship: Presenting ongoing doctoral research proposals and receiving direct supervision and collaborative consultations from international professors.
- Specialized Workshops & Lectures: Engaging in advanced research methodology workshops and academic writing sessions tailored for doctoral candidates.
- Cross-Border Research Consultation: Working collaboratively with regional scholars to refine research proposal frameworks and establish future international research ties.
