The Science Education (IPA) Study Program continues to demonstrate strong research performance at the national level through the achievement of several faculty members who have been awarded the Equity Research Grant (Riset Kolaborasi Indonesia – RKI Equity) for the 2025–2026 funding period.

Based on the official announcement issued by the Association of Research and Community Service Institutions of State Universities with Legal Entity (ALP PTNBH), several lecturers from the IPA Study Program have successfully secured funding under different Equity grant schemes. This achievement reflects the program’s commitment to advancing innovative, collaborative, and impactful research aligned with national development priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Awardees under the Research Grant for New Doctor (RGD) Scheme

Under the Research Grant for New Doctor (RGD) scheme, Ikmanda Nugraha was selected as a grant recipient with the research project entitled:

“Career Stages, Shifting Priorities: Understanding the Professional Role Perceptions of Indonesian Science Teacher Educators.”

This study focuses on exploring the evolving professional identities and role perceptions of science teacher educators in Indonesia across different career stages. The research is expected to contribute significantly to policy formulation and professional development strategies in science teacher education.

Awardees under the Equity Scheme B1 (Partner Research)

In addition, two lecturers from the IPA Study Program were awarded grants under the Equity Scheme B1 (Mitra/Partner), emphasizing inter-institutional collaboration and applied research, Parlindungan Sinaga, was selected as a grant recipient with the titled:


“Development and Validation of the VALORIZE Learning Model: An AI-Based Pedagogical Framework for Shaping Professional Identity of Engineers in the Digital Era.”

These projects highlight the integration of artificial intelligence, digital pedagogy, and professional identity development, which are highly relevant to current educational and technological transformations.

The success of IPA Study Program lecturers in securing the Equity Research Grant underscores the program’s strategic direction in fostering high-quality research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and meaningful contributions to education, technology, and society.
