The International Program on Science Education (IPSE) at FPMIPA, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), recently held a session to share and discuss the results of the student satisfaction survey, drawing on findings from both the study program and the faculty-wide assessment.

The survey aimed to capture students’ perceptions of the quality of academic services, teaching and learning processes, facilities, and overall study experience. By comparing program-level results against faculty-wide data, the study program can identify areas of strength as well as aspects requiring further improvement.
